Backend, staff dashboard and delivery pipeline for a Hong Kong-based logistics company serving the Nepali diaspora: US customs AMS filing, PostGIS territory routing for partner onboarding, per-PR preview environments, approval-gated production deploys.
- Aloe Herbals headless store — Shipped · 2024. Headless e-commerce platform with custom eSewa payment and NepalCanMove fulfilment providers, Algolia search, Twilio and SendGrid notifications and a face-scan feature; sustained 200–300 concurrent shoppers during live-stream sales.
